Status pages

A status page shows your services’ state to your customers. Page components are linked to monitors: a monitor goes down, the component turns red, and an incident is created automatically.

The page is served from a pre-built snapshot and does not query monitor tables at request time. That exists for exactly the bad case: when your entire customer base arrives at once, the page has to open.

Subscriptions

Customers can subscribe to updates by email — with address confirmation and an unsubscribe link in every message. RSS is available too, for subscribers who prefer a reader.
